CERTIFER выполнил французскую DeBo миссию российского подвижного состава РЖД, который курсирует между Францией и Россией.

Tekontracks, an Italian engineering company in charge of upgrading Russian Federal Passenger Company's rolling stock, selected CERTIFER/CERTIFER Italia to perform NoBo/DeBo missions.
The existing RZD WLABmz type coaches have been upgraded and refurbished to ensure accessibility for PRM.

All necessary systems, equipments, fittings for PRM to grant compliance of existing vehicle to TSI-PRM 2014 have been made by modifying the coach layout: introduction of new sleeping room,toilet/shower, reduced space for crew assistant compartment to enlarge corridor & boarding-disembarking facility fitted underframe.

As NoBo, DeBo in France and Italy, CERTIFER are assessing the Rolling Stock subsystem in accordance with TSIs:
- Locomotives&Passengers RS
- Accessibility for PRM
- Safety in railway tunnels

CERTIFER finalised the first milestone with the preliminary Safety Case assessment for these rolling stocks: EPSF authorised their commissioning in France.

Launched in 2010, the 3.315 km journey -connecting the French Riveria to Moscou- is one of the longest trans-European rail routes passing through Russia, Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Monaco& France.
