CENELEC EN5012X standards are used in the development and use of complex systems applied to railways. The proposed training will allow you to acquire a better knowledge of these standards, with an overview of the industrial methods and techniques applicable to the development of railway products according to the principles of operational safety.

  • The EN50126 standard "Specification and demonstration of reliability, availability, maintainability and safety (RAMS)" defines a standardised product development process applicable to all players in the railway sector.
  • Standards EN50128 "Software for railway control and protection systems" and EN50129 "Safety related electronic systems for signalling" are applicable to software and hardware aspects respectively. Each of these standards defines Safety Integrity Levels to ensure that these products are produced in accordance with safety expectations.

Whether you are a beginner or qualified, whether you want to get a macro overview or to deepen your knowledge of these standards, our CENELEC training courses can be adapted to your expectations.
