CERTIFER GROUP ENTERS THE SCANDINAVIAN MARKET AND STRENGHTENS ITS POSITION IN GERMANY AND THE NETHERLANDS WITH BELGORAIL'S ACQUISITION OF HHC/DRS

2021 marks a milestone year for the Dutch leader in On Track Vehicle and Lifting equipment’s. HHC/DRS B.V., established in the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia, has been acquired by Belgorail, and becomes member of the CERTIFER Group, a key player in the domain.

With the acquisition of HHC/DRS completed in February 2021, CERTIFER Group is now able to provide an overall support as DeBo, NoBo, AsBo and ISA certification body in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Scandinavia.

In addition to this, with the acquisition of HHC/DRS, CERTIFER is taking an important strategic step in the #inspection and management system #certification market outside the railway sector. The integration of an expert company in the field of foundation equipment, hoisting and lifting equipment, agricultural machinery, landscaping equipment and internal transport equipment brings added value for the entire CERTIFER group.
