Belgorail completed the Designated Body mission of the ES64U4-H rolling stock of Siemens Mobility – better known as HLE18 locomotives – in the frame of the first authorization request to operate in Luxemburg. The assessment included the complete organization of EMC and TTI ETCS test campaigns.

The HLE18 locomotives are operated by the SNCB for about 10 years in Belgium.

Selected as DeBo for the Luxemburg, Belgorail supports the German rolling stock manufacturer from the beginning of their development in Belgium and in Luxemburg.
