CERTIFER and Belgorail have been awarded a turnkey contract by Alstom to carry out NoBo, ISA, DeBo and TTI missions for the integration of ETCS on SNCB's Rolling stocks which will run in Belgium, France and Netherlands.

In the framework of the modification of existing Rolling stocks already running in Belgium and which will run from Belgium to France and also from Belgium to Netherlands, ALSTOM selected CERTIFER and BELGORAIL for the assessment of the integration of on-board signalling systems on Belgian railways’ rolling stocks.

For this project, the CERTIFER GROUP is in charge of: 
• NoBo mission for the assessment of Control-Command-Signaling on-board subsystem, 
• Independent Safety Assessment according to Cenelec standards, 
• Designated Body missions with the assessment of the application of French, Belgium and Dutch national rules, 
• Train Track Integration tests, including ETC Track Train Integration test and TBL1+ test in Belgium and non-regression tests at the Belgium Border.

CERTIFER and BELGORAIL, who joined the CERTIFER Group in July 2017, are able to propose together a full turnkey solution to their clients, from the assessment to the organization of testing activities before the authorization to put into market.
