CERTIFER continues its mission as technical assistant to SENTER to assist in the authorisation process for the commissioning of the new TER line linking the city of Dakar (Senegal) to Blaise-Diagne International Airport (AIBD)

The aim of this new TER line project is to better connect the capital of Senegal, which accounts for most of the country's activity, with the rest of the country. In addition to being linked to the international airport, it will also connect new towns in the hinterland.

CERTIFER is involved in this project as technical assistant on the rail safety side on behalf of SENTER, which represents the entity authorising the commissioning of this new TER line. We are assisting them in this authorisation process by providing our experience in the field and in particular our knowledge of French procedures and regulations.
