CERTIFER has successfully completed its ISA mission (Organisme Qualifié Agréé, OQA) for the extension of line 4 of the Paris metro, which has just been inaugurated
 
On 13 January, the two new stations "Barbara" and "Lucie Aubrac" were inaugurated on line 4 of the Paris Metro. This extension allowed the creation of 1.8 km of new tracks between the old and new terminus. The line is now 14 km long and serves 29 stations.

CERTIFER's ISA mission (Organisme Qualifié Agréé, OQA) started at the beginning of the work in 2015 on this line extension.
This system mission included the assessment of the infrastructure (track, civil engineering, fire safety), energy and CCS. The particularity of this extension is to consider the future automation of line 4 which should take place in 2022. This is another project in which CERTIFER is involved as OQA.
