November : A major contract for CERTIFER in Belgium

The association Lloyd's Register Rail / CERTIFER has been awarded the contract for the assessment and the surveillance of the ETCS Level 1 whihch will be implemented on the belgian network.

CERTIFER's part on this contract is around 45%.

September : EUROTUNNEL has awarded GSM-R assessment to CERTIFER

EUROTUNNEL has chosen CERTIFER as the notified body for the assessment of GSM-R which will be installed on the Channel Tunnel. It is a major contract for our agncy, after several GSM-R contracts for the operators like SNCB, SNCF, or more recently for the industrials such as KAPSCH.

July : CERTIFER assess HSL "Sud Europe Atlantique"

The Vinci-led LISEA consortium has awarded to CERTIFER the Notified Body and Designated Body contract. CERTIFER will assess all the railway sub systems.

April : CERTIFER awards Algiers ISA contract!

Following the international call for tenders launched by EMA, CERTIFER has been designated as the independent safety assessor of Algiers tram (East line) for all the sub-systems (Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Energy, Control Command and Signalling, Urban environment). After Algiers metro contract, it is the second contract in Algeria for CERTIFER, Our agency has the will to be a major player in Maghreb, notably in Algeria.

Innotrans 2010

CERTIFER will be present at the Innotrans exhibition in Berlin from September 21 to 24.
